Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry, or applying for agent access, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This website is operated by Sabdia Constructions Pty Ltd, a boutique luxury home builder and developer based in Brisbane, Queensland. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sabdia Constructions Pty Ltd. Our ABN and QBCC licence number appear in the footer of every page.Information is general, not an offer
Everything on this site is published for general information and marketing purposes. Nothing here is an offer, a contract, or a promise to sell or build. It is not legal, financial, taxation, investment, or building advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Before you act on anything you read here, obtain your own professional advice.Property details, images and renders
Property descriptions, floor areas, specifications, inclusions, timelines, and prices are indicative and may change without notice. Photography, films, walkthroughs, and computer-generated renders are illustrative: they may show styling, landscaping, furniture, or finishes that are not included, and completed work may differ. Nothing shown on this site forms part of any contract. Before entering into a contract, rely only on the contract documents, the plans and specifications, and your own inspection and advice.Availability and sale status
Residences shown as available may be sold, withdrawn, or repriced at any time, and the site may not reflect that immediately. Please confirm current availability with us directly.Building work and statutory warranties
Sabdia Constructions Pty Ltd carries out domestic building work in Queensland under a licence issued by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission. Where we contract to carry out building work for you, that work is governed by the contract between us and by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 (Qld) and the Domestic Building Contracts provisions of Schedule 1B to that Act, including the statutory warranties and the statutory insurance scheme that apply to that work. Nothing on this website limits, replaces, or varies those rights, and nothing here forms part of any building contract.Enquiries and agent access
When you submit a form you agree to give accurate information and to be contacted about your enquiry. Agent access is offered at our discretion to licensed real estate professionals; we may verify the details you give, and we may decline or withdraw access at any time.
